3.1. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
3.2. Payment must be completed via bank transfer using the details provided at checkout.
3.3. Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After processing begins, cancellation may not be possible.
4.1. We ship to all 36 states in Nigeria plus FCT Abuja.
4.2. Standard delivery takes 7-14 business days from the UK to Nigeria.
4.3. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination.
4.4. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
5.1. Unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in original packaging.
5.2. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.
5.3. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
